During the peak season (May-September) our apartments are rented on a weekly basis, with all bookings running from Saturday to Saturday.

During the low season start days are more flexible and short breaks are also available.

We do not accept bookings from groups of young singles.

We have an off road car park with space for one car per apartment. It may be possible to secure a second space, contact us in advance to check availability.

All our apartments and communal areas of the house are no smoking, although smoking is permitted on balconies, patios and the garden.

We accept aid assistance dogs in Venezia and Verona apartments only.
